Production capabilities

Welding and assemblies

MIG and TIG welding with preparation of connections and mounting interfaces for integration into final products. Processes are adapted for serial production ensuring stable tolerances and quality. Assemblies are prepared for integration into customer products and supplied ready for assembly.

Materials

We process steel, stainless steel and aluminium tubes in various diameters and wall thicknesses according to construction requirements. Materials are selected considering loads, environment and corrosion resistance. Certified materials with documentation are available when required.

Production volumes

We manufacture prototypes, pilot batches and long-term serial production parts. Production is organised to ensure batch repeatability and predictable delivery schedules. For serial projects, a fixed technological process is established which is essential for contract manufacturing. Batch production is organised with fixed parameters ensuring identical parts across deliveries.

Surface finishing

Tube parts can be delivered untreated or prepared for coating. Powder coating and wet painting are integrated into a single production chain, ensuring coating quality and shorter lead times. The customer receives ready-to-use components without additional subcontractors.
