Sheet metal bending according to drawings
We provide sheet metal bending as a contract manufacturing service for industrial companies. Parts are bent according to drawings, 3D models or samples, ensuring repeatable accuracy in serial deliveries. We manufacture both individual components and construction parts prepared for further assembly or welding.
Before production, we evaluate part geometry, material thickness and bend sequence to ensure stable results in repeat batches and prevent deformation. We work with STEP, DWG and PDF technical documentation and verify manufacturability before starting production.

Manufacturing capabilities
Bending is performed on CNC press brakes with controlled angle accuracy and repeatability. We handle simple and complex geometries while maintaining tolerances and assembly fit. Processes are configured for serial manufacturing with consistent quality in every batch. 
Materials
We bend carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium in various thicknesses according to structural requirements. Material selection is based on mechanical load, operating environment and subsequent surface finishing.
Production volumes
We manufacture prototypes, pilot batches and provide regular serial deliveries. For serial projects, process parameters are defined to maintain identical geometry over long-term production.
Applications
Bent parts are used in industrial equipment, furniture constructions, enclosures, brackets and structural components. Parts can be delivered as individual components or as part of an assembled unit.
